So erkennt man RDP 8.0:
Was uns aufgefallen ist:
- Local administrators who are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group cannot sign in by using a Remote Desktop Connection client.
- hotfix 2570170 on the server (Wenn es langsam ist)

Included in RemoteFX are significant improvements in the area of transports. Following are the key goals for these transport improvements:
- Provide fast and fluid user experience in a remote session running over any WAN and wireless networks.
- Use industry standard protocols for security rather than implementing a custom scheme—security of transports is critical.
- Provide maximum possible reach for the WAN improvements so that most customer configurations can benefit from it.
- Don't assume that RemoteFX is the only traffic on the wire. Ensure fairness of RemoteFX traffic with other competing network flows (like web browsing).
- Use intelligent defaults to provide the best experience "by default" without requiring user inputs. However, provide the necessary controls to allow customizations needed by administrators.
The key features of RemoteFX for WAN are as follows:
- Automatic network detection to adapt to initial and changing network conditions
- A UDP transport optimized for networks with packet loss and with an option to provide best-effort delivery for multimedia content
- Forward error correction (FEC) to recover from losses without retransmissions
- Fallback to TCP transport when UDP is not available
- Native UDP support for RemoteFX connections through RD Gateway
- Industry standard security and congestion control protocols
